X2 Vibe Phuket Patong, Patong

Great location! Walking distance to everything from the beach to restaurants and plenty of shopping. We are planning on going back to this hotel for Thanksgiving.

Our ac wasn’t working on the first day. They fixed it on the 2nd day while we were out and they really made sure we were satisfied calling a few times. Also brought us the fruit basket

I highly recommend X2 Vibe in Phuket Patong. We were very early in our arrival and were told they would try to get us into our room as quickly as possible. While we waited we they brought us a beverage and we comfortably rested in their lobby which is totally open. Within 30 minutes are rooms were ready. Honestly we were not impressed with the room. It was in the “annex” part of the building and very sparse. It reminded me of a dorm room. It also was moldy. So why the great review? They quickly and easily resolved our issues.!We went to the front desk and reported our issue and they took care of us (2 couples 2 rooms) and moved us to the main building for a small upgrade fee. Front desk Staff Pang was very helpful!! Additional the food at the attached restaurant was excellent, breakfast was varied and good, the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. great location in that it was close and walkable to the beach, it was quite and comfortable and overall a cool place!! One evening at dinner the wait staff drop my knife me (wasn’t used) and apologized profusely and brought me a complementary fruit plate!!

Excellent hotel, I would stay here again without a doubt!

The Nap Patong is exquisitely designed in a contemporary way, monochromatic, mostly white, with blue accents. This extends to all areas of the hotel. Kudos to the interior designers. The pool is adequate for laps, and they'll bring lunch or drinks there. Breakfast buffet is great, with multiple options, many types of fruit and pastries, and to-order eggs. Within walking distance to the mall, fine dining and casual dining, and the beach. The staff is helpful, you really won't need to carry your suitcases anywhere, and the manager is very on-site. Each room has an outdoor balcony that is really a small room with its own sofa and wall-mounted clothes drying rack - a nice touch. Toilet is in its own closet - another thoughtful touch. Nice amenities. Friendly maid service. After breakfast time, the bar/ restaurant areas looses its life, something the hotel might work on in the future. The open-air lobby is a fun meeting place and for people watching, with ample seating and two full-sized beds that children seem to enjoy sprawling on. Many Chinese tourists - the really well-dressed kind, often with one elegant outfit after another. Many tourists with their children, although the atmosphere is more focused on adults.
