the hotel facilities were limited breakfast has no varieties room small in spite we reserved a deluxe suite internet connection was slow and not working room was not clean towels were old Overall I will not recommend it to anyone

Sy booking n dh byr spnuhnya bilik utk king bed.sy lwt checkin sbb ada mslh dlm perjlnan dr kl ke penang. Dgn jrkpjlnan km skluarga letih penat. Jam 6pg tiba kt hotel ble staff tu ckp yg bilik tu dh cancel. Dahla sombong. Sy tnyala knp cancel? Sedangkn xda sapapun inform sy tlbih dhulu & sy pun xda pun cancel sdgkn sy dh byr & wktu checkout pun pkul 12.sy skuarga cuma nk bilik yg d tmph tu je utk bersihkn diri sblum solat subuh,nk rhat jp sblumke mjlis kahwin. Dgn muka yg bengang marah staff tu ble bg km bilik yg 2 ktil bujang tu pun dh naik bilik baru tahu.sy ok je tp cara tu yg buat sy sbgai plgan mmg xbpa puasht la. So patut ke sy skuarga dlyan mcmtu.. Km dh booking n byr spnuhnya tau..?? Klu pihak hotel call tnya n mklum kata cancel okla.. Ini xda pun.. Suka hati je cancel..
