    Great stay!
Basic but very comfortable! Fun comfortable bar on 2nd floor and rooftop (only open during summer).

    Good condition.
Overall good hotel, with comfortable bed and nice amenities. The bathroom had no vent and no window so it is not ideal for air ventilation. The service was kind but very slow (waited 30min for an iron). The 1st floor bar was not offering the cocktail menu of the hotel (no ingredient available) and the rooftop bar was so crowded that we could not even attempt to stay. The location was ok, you can walk easily to the cimetary for example.

Nice, good location for walk, dining and shopping
Overall good marks on a reasonable price Okay continental plus breakfast buffet Very quick elevators Comfortable modern room and bathroom Rooftop and pool opens only in season Maipu Street is okay safe very very close to walking streets Florida and Lavalle, and to Santa Fe Ave Watch your step entering to hotel I tripped twice- it is hard to see elevation difference from sidewalk to entrance ( it should be marked somehow ) Views are from poor to medium because of the surrounding buildings are a mix Repeat, overall is good, I would return and do recommend it

    will not recommend this hotel
water overflew to the bedroom from showering, good thing I took the shower in the morning so we did not need to changed the room. Got out of the hotel while my husband had to skipped the shower. Breakfast was decent, clerks were polite.

Sky Bar, yes. Hotel needs freshening
For years I raved about the P, but it is looking rundown since 2012. There was a problem of no hot water for 2 days (in a number of rooms). The bed had only a thick comforter w/no sheet on bed in summer! I had to ask for a sheet to sleep under. The pool is utterly uninviting. The breakfast buffet uninspired. The whole place needs some major freshening up. However, staff is lovely and the Sky Bar is the reason to stay here. Tho I wish they played more Latin music there than standard pop
