Out back cowboys hotel
When arrived no one in the reception. There was s note if not attended pls. Ring this no.on the mobile. When i rung she was so rude and told me it was here days off and she wont answer any questions. And she said ring the other no. When i rung she pick and said ill be there at 2pm for check on time. All i know 2pm check i went there hoping my son can used the toilet. I book 2 rooms rm5 and i stayed at rms.the room smells like toilets. The moment i found out no milk in the fridge she was gone. I just milk from the other room. And also prior for that she told me she doesnt like online booking. Kids was so dissapointed swimming pool was out of service, that was supposed the highlight for the trip.

Units are very tired and in need of a makeover. The unit had a terrible musty and was not pleasant and did spoil our overnight stay. I think there is a great deal of attention that these units need. The unit needs a good clean and airing, including the carpet. No dinner plates only bread and butter plates. Our toilet seat was broken.
