Annual Summer Getaway with Friends
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Stayed here for the Summer Cruise Car Show. Great place to sit and watch the Midnight cruise, easy to get to the Car Show at Shepherd of the Hills. Wish it had mini refrigerator in room, changes in water temperature of shower was pretty extreme at times. Please turn on air conditioners if someone has reserved a room, took all evening to cool room off. Was wonderful that a meal was served free of charge, after the long day at the Car Show.

The motel was an average motel. The host at breakfast probably made the stay for us. The motel advertises being 100% smoker free, however, whenever they switched over to this policy, they have not got rooms cleaned out, as rooms still smell smoky.

Anniversary stay
Most of the staff was friendly. The bed was a little hard but ok had to ask three time before they replaced the TV that was way to loud and would not going any lower they even came up and try to reprogram it that didn't work so she just left and did not do anything else had to ask for a third time before they replaced it. We were told that they knew it was broke. My husband and I we're there for thee days and house keeping didn't vacuum or clean the bath tub I guess we were lucky to get clean towels. It did have a coffee pot but we had to ask for more coffee they didn't leave any of that. I would say their house keeping staff was not very good at their jobs. Breakfast was ok but not great

Great price, good room.
Great little motel if you want to spend a night or two in Branson. We were happy with the room. Check-in was smooth since we paid for the room online. Breakfast was adequate with enough variety. Pool is really small so it can get "full" quickly. With a clean room, comfy bed and clean bathroom, it's a great little place - especially for the price.

I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!! We arrived Friday around 2pm and we had already had a busy day planned out so we were just going to unload the car. When we got into our room the air conditioning was off and I turned on as we were walking out the door. when we got back later that evening the room was filled with smoke...the air unit burned up. Smoke filled our room (no fire alarms) so I immediately called the front desk tell the clerk what was going on and she just replied that she was sorry but maintenance had already left for the weekend and she had no more rooms. obviously I am freaking out. Maintenance came and finally got me into a new room (one magically appeared). Not to mention the pool was closed due to the state coming and closing it due to high chemicals.
