Boutique Hotel Luxe, Split

The room was wonderful and loved the balcony view! The free breakfast was a nice touch and we had upgraded and took advantage of the sauna and hot tub downstairs. The only downside was our bathroom smelled like sewage our entire stay and we had to close the doors to the bathroom. When they cleaned, the bathroom was open again and then we had to air out the entire suite. I understand it is an old city, but we stayed at another place down the street another time and didn’t have the sewage smell issues.

Very nice hotel, close to the port , short wak from old town, good breakfast. We stayed in the hotel for one night before our cries and one night after. Both times rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The Boutique Hotel Luxe was a solid choice immediately near Diocletian's Palace and within walking distance of the bus terminal and the ferry terminal in Split. For the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, the location is unbeatable if you want easy access around Split. The breakfast was plentiful and well serviced. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and reasonably updated. Given the lack of standard chain hotels in the immediate split area, I was glad that this boutique choice worked out as well as it did. I would recommend it for those wanting to stay in a quiet hotel with easy access to all the action.

The carpet was very dirty, we got botten by dust mites

Nice location, clean and quite. Breakfast ok and good for a quick stay although not authentic and charming you look for in Europe.
