Amazing Experience! It was a hidden gem! We never thought we would liked it that much. Personal was great and friendly and super helpful all the time. Breakfast was included! We felt like being in retreat. Totally recommended! Worth every penny! We're planning on going back already and staying at this hotel.

We stayed for five fantastic nights here. The hotel staff are wonderful, and the property is stunning. Gorgeous rooftop views and beautiful gardens inside. The rooms are elegantly appointed, the bed was super comfortable (very important IMO), there were great bath products (another crucial factor), and it had all the comforts and amenities one could want (including smart TV—gotta be able to watch some Netflix before bed!). It’s close to the center of town, and many amazing restaurants/bars/cultural sites are within a 2-10 minute walk. My only caveat is that we were initially led to a different room than the one I booked—but when I pointed out the difference, we were promptly given a place in an even nicer room than I had anticipated. I cannot say enough about how great the staff were—everything was seamless, including booking a 4am ride to the airport. I loved this hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone going to Antigua. I will be back!

Though there wasn't tons of interactions, staff was amazing whenever I did, huge kudos. Breakfast was also very good and again the staff was great. Bed was really big and comfy My only concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom, shower had hair from previous guest, hanging the towel on the curtain rod showed it wasn't cleaned for a long time.

This property is just a short walk away from central park. It is very beautiful and the food is delicious at the restaurant. Also the staff is great and check-in was a breeze. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.
