Lovely, but bring a fan!
Lovely little Inn in downtown Indy! Staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and are clearly very proud of their property. I only stayed one night, so I can't really comment on many of the amenities, but my bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens/duvet! I so want to give the villa 5 stars, except for the walls in the lower room in which I stayed are so very, very thin. Hoping to sleep in a bit, I was awoken at 6:30 am by the couple in the next room having a rather lengthy conversation about some rather personal bodily functions. Normally in other inns/hotels, you might hear a general murmuring, but wouldn't be able to understand what was being said - not in this case! I not only could hear them clearly, but could make out every word that was said! Of course, it's an old home so there is little to be done to fix this but if I were to stay again, I would definitely bring a fan or something to drown out outside noises. Otherwise, a very pretty setting, warm staff, in a beautiful, historic home!

B&B First-Timers
I really enjoyed my stayed at the Inn at the Villa. It was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast, so we didn't really know what to expect. We were in town for one night for a wedding. We stayed in the Tranquility suite. The feel of the whole place felt extremely homey. The location was great. The neighborhood was very quaint. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The complimentary snacks were a plus too. The only hang up that we had was breakfast. My boyfriend cannot have any diary products or pork. For breakfast, we were served a egg and cheese casserole with sausage. I loved the breakfast, but the only hot option for my boyfriend was toast. We'll be back and we want to try out one of the other rooms!

Know what you’re getting, this is a TINY hotel
For $165/night I was extremely disappointed with the room. No air conditioning, paper thin walls, and a room so small that the bathroom was down the hall. The staff is friendly, I will say that much, but for the price they charged, it was not worth it. I will research all future reservations from now on, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Loved it
Everything was exceptional.. really made my lady happy after staying in extended stay and even after Hilton honors we were on a looooong cross country road trip and I wanted to thank her by giving her a room of comfort .. she spun around and displayed all kinds of joy soon as we got in the room.. it’s small but in a quaint kind of way and it was magical ... thanks for making your place special
