Campeche is a very beautiful city and this hotel is close to the principal atractions.
On a fifty year old building in downtown Campeche, Hotel Misión America Center. Nice…

Good location
Good location and OK rooms Screwed up our booking so one of us had to sleep on the floor the first night

The hotel is next to a discobar. The music was played very loud until 3am. I am not usually disturbed by noises but this was so loud that we thought it was a concert. I would not recommend it if you want a quiet night. In the morning when I enquired at the reception they just laughed about it.

If you don't mind a little noise...
This charming hotel is very well situated to the main square and everything else. The staff are very helpful and nice. Be warned though, that it can be noisy. Especially Friday nights with thumping music right there until 3 AM.

Perfect location but beware of potential noise
Perfect location, a block from the main square and about two from the Malecón. I asked for a quiet room and got one on the second floor facing the internal courtyard. Some noise from tour groups having breakfast from 7.00am but much better than those facing the street and the hotel's beer bar. Overall, if you get a quiet room, take it.

All facade and lackluster amenities
This beautiful hotel looked truley wonderful when we first arrived. Traditional spanish style and well kept throughout the reception area and central strip which leads into each of the rooms. Our room however was awful and from peering into the other even more pricey rooms they looked just as bad. No natural light, broken cable and television and the beds were hard, itchy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was pretty bad too, the shower had terrible pressure and leaked water all over the floor and into the bedroom. We asked for help with our cable which had no sound and poor reception but were told repeatedly that someone was coming to help but they never did. Very overpriced for a terrible hotel in a boring city.
