Butterfly on Morrison Boutique Hotel Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Butterfly Morrison Hotel provided us with excellent service during our 5 nights stay. Every staff at the front desk have been extremely helpful and courteous. On the day we left, it was slightly raining, not only did they helped us to have a taxi waiting for us to the airport, the 2 female employees held umbrellas over us while getting wet themselves. We were on the 20th floor in a triple single-bed room which has an incredible view. Beds are comfortable with 2 different firmness of pillows each. The room is contemporary with a very spacious bathroom. We received a pocket wifi to use during our stay, and they also offer to loan handheld fans, batteries, and other basic necessities as well. Their location is super convenient to many eateries, 7 Eleven, street market, and MTR, bus, and tram stations. I would definitely stay at Butterfly Morrison again when we visit Hong Kong in the future.

Convenient area with lots of shops and places to eat. Nice hotel, great staff, clean. Second time I've stayed here.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They answered every question and were very helpful with everything. Trains and buses nearby for transportation. Plenty of. taxies around also. A variety of restaurants are close by.

The staff were very nice they help me find my tea flowers I was looking, There were three ladies in the front they all did their best, super attentive. The room was quite, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and again. It is close to shopping and dimdimsum a great you guest it dimsum place.

The hotel was in an excellent location, but because the rooms were quite small, it wasn't very comfortable for a family of 4. However, the hotel is in an excellent location.
