The building is new, clean and the appliances all very nice and comfortable. The staff are all very polite and helpful and you couldn’t expect any more from them. The location que be a bit of a pain but there are train and metro stations within five minutes walk, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. The check-in was very straightforward and quick. In order to save resources, they ask you to hang a sign at the door if you want the room cleaned. Even though I didn’t hang this sign a single day, they would still make up my room, which was nice. Nice breakfast too. All in all, I totally recommend and would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to Berlin.

The location was very good. The service was not. I had cleared with the front desk two weeks prior that our room would accommodate three adults (two queen beds), but we were given two twin beds and little room for a foldaway bed. They grudgingly agreed to let us have a foldaway bed, which we squeezed in somehow.

Modern, very clean and comfortable bed. nice touches such as lighting control and good sized TV. great bathroom but shower pressure was a bit on the low side. For some reason key card timed out/stopped working every day and had to repeatedly return to reception to have re-enabled. Front desk staff were helpful enough but rather officious and could have been warmer :)

Great stay!
Great staff, clean hotel rooms, and great complimentary breakfast! I would certainly stay for my next visit. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner does not really make the room cool at all, and we had to open windows all night because it was cooler outside than inside the room.
