The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and very helpful. All of the receptionists spoke both German and English. But the best part was the amazing breakfast served daily. The variety of food will make everyone happy.

Central value for money
Great hotel and stay. Arrived very late and reception was first class. Room was roomy with all mod cons, good internet, nice bathroom etc. breakfast buffet was marvellous. Great value for money in the centre of Bremen

This was a terrible experience. I was looking forward to my stay in Bremen and 4 days before my flight I caught COVID which meant that I had to postpone my trip. H Hotel insisted that my reservation could not be changed to a later date, and they refused to issue a refund. I cannot recommend H to anyone and will enjoy other hotels in the future.
