We arrived friday afternoon. We were placed on the third floor. We booked 2 rooms which we expected to be placed close /next or opposite each other but that was not the case. The lifts were not working and when we asked when are they going to be fixed the lady lied to us and said on that same friday which it never happened until we checked out the next monday. What irratated us was that there was no one to help us the guest with the laggages, we had to carry them to the third floor ourselves. On Saturday we went out and when we came back at night
