Excellent location and facility--only complaint is located at a bustling square with a lot of outdoor noise at night between 1 and 5am so would recommend back of hotel over view
The staff were all friendly and helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed the bar, the breakfast lounge, and our comfortable room. We were able to walk to & from the central train station. We also walked to shops, excellent restaurants, and the Nobel museum on Gamla Stan (in the snow)! Hope to return again some day.

Room was small but that's the worst I can say! Very nice hotel in a good central location and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff always greeted you with a smile and were very helpful.
Hotel is located in central downtown area, you can walk everywhere. It's in a town square and very close to harbor where you can take all types of boat rides. The old town and city hall are about 30 min walk, the entire area is very scenic. The room is a bit small but the bathroom is large with marble walls and floors and very clean. It's an old building but has been renovated so the rooms are quite new. Originally I booked a corner suite for family of 4. Usually a suite has separate bedroom but this suite was one large room with king bed on one side and 2 roll beds on the other side of room. This is only good for family with 2 children and not for 4 adults. We asked to change to 2 double rooms and they gave us 2 superior rooms which each had king beds. They were very happy to do this and did not charge us extra. All the workers, reception people are very very friendly and it was very easy to check in. I would recommend this hotel but expect superior rooms to be a bit small.
