Really enjoyed our stay
The hotel is in a very nice location, lots of things to do a short walk away. Keep in mind, though, that this area is quiet and trendy at the same time. That means that it's nice and quiet during the day, but at night there is some music and bars around that can be heard all the way up. So, be aware of you're a light sleeper that weekends are a little noisy.

Great location in Medellin, but couple of hiccups.
Customer service and location was great. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a quieter and safe location with some nice restaurants close by. Zona Rosa is about a 10 minute walk away. There are, however, a few things which affect my rating: 1. Our room was too noisy because it faced the street. On our last evening, we could hear a group of people hanging outside the hotel under our window until 4 AM. 2. When we first checked in, we were tired from our flight and tried to take an afternoon nap. We were woken up twice by the hotel staff where they rang the doorbell and then proceeded to enter without waiting for an answer. The staff didn't appear to be a part of housecleaning, and I didn't see any reason why anyone should enter. That incident made me feel slightly uneasy. 3. When our room was cleaned, the housekeeping left the sliding doors to our balcony open, and we didn't return until the evening. Although our room was higher up, I still didn't like the idea of leaving the doors (which faced the street) open. 4. The pictures aren't representative of the rooms. The rooms are slightly worn down and didn't feel as modern and new as one would think. I really liked staying in this area, so I'd consider staying there again, but it's not my first choice.
