Rude staff breaking laws regarding service animals. Charged a pet fee illegally and I had a fight like hell to get it back.The manager Tracy is bipolar. I show her the law she said "I don't care" this is the brand that does this. Whatever! Then she's over by the side of the hotel all happy and chatting with us like everything's good and then I call her back and she denies even speaking to me. Multiple personality disorder. She lied and told me that my dog urinated all over the room which was a complete and total fabrication. He is extremely trained and let out every 2-3 hours. There was however an incident with the water from our cooler leaking. That might of been it. But I was able to get Joe Patel's (the owner's) home address and telephone number. Tomorrow's project. Tracy you were rude and disrespectful to the wrong disabled old lady.
