Awesome place
Love it here. Stay here whenever in Shanghai. Been staying here for 10 years. Only thing I would say is that the overall condition of the rooms is starting to show its age. But place is a 10 nonetheless

Amazing hotel
This has to be one of the best business travel experiences I have had. Everything at the Langham was to the standards of any other Langham I have stayed at before. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I areas was also a perfect location. Will recommend to anyone headed to Shanghai.

Heaven on Earth
I loved the hotel. The only down was that the jacuzzi was not hot and jets were weak but everything else was amazing. Especially the service, can’t say enough. There was a man downstairs, his name was Andy, worked at the restaurant. He was very helpful, got us blankets once when it was cold outside. Helped my buy cookies even though the store was closed. And overall was just very helpful and welcoming. Also, there was a lady at the club on the 27th floor, I took a photo of her to attach. YannixYu She was also extra helpful and friendly. But honestly literally every person working at the hotel was amazing. I will always only stay in Langham when I am in Shanghai! And recommend it to everyone. The SPA needs more professionals to do massages etc. maybe strong men. I workout, so my muscles get sore, the lady did her best but was not very helpful to my body. She was very sweet though
