Wow, wow, WOW! It was so amazing! I wish we would have booked way more time here. It was so beautiful and the wild life was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and make sure to book a beach villa! The pictures of the deer below were taken from my room on the beach!

This place is such a wasted opportunity. It would be the funkiest hotel if everything worked and if literally ANYONE on the staff even cared that they worked there. Everything was broken, even the water in the bathroom one morning, the safe, the phone. The food was disgusting and their entire buffet and bars were COVERED in flies. The system for purchasing anything was completely backwards- you couldn’t purchase anything with cash or credit card- only a preloaded wrist band, which they charge your credit card and then give back cash. The bathtub in our villa was filled with so much scum that I wouldn’t get in it even if it was my scum at my own house. Getting towels if you’re staying there is still a 4 person involved mystery. This really really ruined 2 days in Bali for us. There was also constant construction. Like you couldn’t even have a drink at the bar without mind numbing noise. Very over priced as well. DONT DO IT. That being said the place is set up to potentially be an awesome place, the hot springs are nice and the villa would have been beautiful if it were clean. Too bad everything is a chore and even the simplest things were completely ruined by some sort of nonsense.

The room was amazing looking- we had our own private swimming pool and an outdoorish bathroom... really beautiful... drawback was that pool was not a hot spring fed pool or if it was - it was very cold... we found ourselves leaving this wonderful apt room to join many people in the more public hot springs which were great but could have been sooo much better if private. The staff were friendly and we had a wonderful gentleman named Komang who was attentive to our needs. The fountain was noisy at night but we just pulled the water hose and put end of hose into swimming pool for a real peaceful quiet. The mattress was the best one we slept on in Bali... very comfortable.

A little confusion when we arrived in that they couldn't find our reservation so we ended up leaving an additional deposit so we could just in to go to bed early for trekking. Very easy access for trekking and the hot springs were fantastic. As was the room! Very clean with our own hot spring pool. Very quiet but I'd go back!! The view from the restaurant is simply stunning!

Check in was easy and flexible. They have activity tours to Batur mount which is a must. Food was not as good as we expected it always arrived cold. Staff enters our villa a proper permission. Best part by far was the hotspring private pool we stayed at the pool for hours

This hotel was nice, and had a lot of potential. The staff was nice, but the hotel was a ghost town when we were there. We saw a few other couples, but not many people. The personal pools in the villa were a nice touch, and everything was very clean. The property is in need of some paint/stain work, but I would definitely suggest checking it out. We only stayed for one night, since we were doing the Trek of Mt. Batur the next morning.

The service was not good. The staff is friendly enough but they weren't attentive and lacked an understanding in how to check someone in, including providing literally no useful information, like how to call the front desk. Construction late jnto the night. Room lacked a feeling of security. The walls were severely water damaged. Not worth what I paid for.

I have to say the best part of this resort is the hot springs and the large villa. Otherwise it is lacking in a lot of standard amenities. No universal adapters even though their room manual said to ask the front desk for it. No hot shower in the bath tub and shower even though its outdoor and during this time of the year it can be quite freezing. No hair dryer which we had to call the front desk to deliver. The safe is locked and won't open but I tend to ignore as it wasn't that urgent. The TV wasn't working all day and we had to call 3 times throughout the day, the 2nd time someone came to bring us the hair dryer but have no idea how to fix the TV. He said he will bring the manager. We waited for hours before we called again to remind them and the manager finally came to fix the TV. Flies are a big problem. Mosquitoes too. We were blasted with flies all over the place. We tried to ask for insect repellants but they don't have any. Even in the restaurant, they should probably invest in a number of flies electric shocker to hang around as the flies are constantly attacking our food that we can't even walk away for a second to grab anything else without the flies feasting on our plate. Morning breakfast was cold the first day. It wasn't even that late. It was a little after 8 am. The second day they had burner so was able to keep the food warm. The best service we got was from the bellboy. Otherwise service was okay, nothing above and beyond.

Didn't like much about this place, dirty out dated resort with a sort of abandoned creepy vibe. We had planned to stay 3 nights but left in the morning after our first night.
