We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is great. The building is decent. My only true complaint is the shower heads. They offer little water pressure, and if you try to adjust the direction, the water just falls out the back instead of through the faucet head.

Great service.
The hospitality was great. My husband fell outside heading towards the front door. Two employees helped me with him and they were so nice. What we didn't like was the bed and pillows were awful. The pillows were so lumpy, and the bed was too soft. The carpet was very stained. But I did think housekeeping did do a great job.
