Old Town Lodge - Hostel, Stockholm
Should provide correct room condition at booking.
It was really a surprise to me when seeing the booked bed. It was in one of the five cubicles in a single arched hall. The cubicle dividers were too low and too thin so that all people in cubicles had to "share" lights and conversations in all other cubicles. Dirt and debris fell from the roof to the bed while sleeping. If the true condition was provided at the time of booking, I could select another type of bed or another hotel. The information provided by web at the time of book was the least comparable with the reality I have even experienced with the booking. I think providing precised information of the selected bed/room at the time of booking is the most important quality for me to make correct decisions. Misleading information like this case damaged good feelings I have with and reduced my confidences to book rooms on

Great location, check in a bit confusing though
The place was nice and the location was great! Only bad part is if you room is down stairs it's not the easiest to bring luggage up and down seeing is there is no elevator. The check in is also a tad bit confusing, just put the code for the front door in that they emailed you, then go straight towards the dining room to the left is a little safe that you will then type the other code they have given you. Once you have opened it you will find an envelope with the room info. Hope this helps!

The dungeon
It has been the worst hotel-hostel I have ever stayed at. It was supposed to be a two person room so I expected privacy. There was no ceiling so you could hear everything from everyone. They even give you earplugs. The room division is made by glass on a space that you can barely fit yourself so its even dangerous to bump into the glass. There was no hot water. For 60 Euros it is terrible. I would pay for that room no more than 30 Euros. There was no staff in the place you could talk to.
