Cool Concept - Overall Underwhelmed
Stayed here for 1 night - a designer myself I was very excited by the idea of a Pantone Hotel. Staff is great, good attitudes. Great location - close to a metro stop, walkable to many restaurants, shops, and even the city center. The hotel itself needs a lot of love - scuffed walls, dirty black wall to wall shag carpet. Rooms have very basic amenities. Unreliable wifi - slow. Bathroom was nicer than the room. I appreciate the idea, the smaller details such as the colored toiled paper that matches the themed room color but I'd have to say, I was overall underwhelmed with my stay.

Avoid if you can.
Not sure where to begin but here we go. Upon arrival to our unit, we notice that there was no office building, and we never received directions on where to go. We had to look in google and find the phone number for the office. We walked to the office which was a couple blocks away and was given our key. There was no deposit needed since it wasn’t spring break. Upon entering the unit, the first thing we noticed was the front door had been kicked in, and wasn’t replaced. The first bedroom was also kicked in too. The bathroom toilet was clean, but the shower was also a disaster. It had a bungee cord to hold the middle railing for the shower curtain and the shower drain had signs of mildew. You can tell that management is trying to upgrade the unit but they should not rent this unit because it needs a do over and some TLC. They are in a good location and the office staff were nice, but knowing the door was kicked in twice and the shower wasn’t safe, it wasnt comforting.

Great place to stay in Brussels
Wonderful staff- very kind and helpful. A bit of a walk to get to the center but the area has its own set of cafes and great shopping. I would stay here again because they seem to care for their guests.

Lovely little hotel an easy walk from everything
Very convenient to train (Bruxelles-Midi), easy walk to main shopping and dining district. Lovely little hotel in the euro-style (cozy, small-ish, narrow hallways) with a surprisingly generous room size for the money. Definitely pay for the breakfast, which is a treat. Also they charge fair prices (less than 5 euro) for a variety of good Belgian beers. Service was perfect -- not cloying but nonetheless nice.
