Lacking service
Overall it was ok. We stayed 6 nights, we were suppose to get housekeeping the fourth day but it didn’t happen. I requested ahead of time a quiet room if possible. They had given us a room a few steps from the elevator. It was NOT one of their quietest rooms. Breakfast was ok but no fruit, just a bunch of bananas each day.

Disappointing
My stay was not great at all we found bedbugs on our pillow and under our sheets. We politely asked the manager to give us another room and he refused and asked us to tell him when we are checking out. He never once tried to give us another room nor did he try to get us on another property so we were out in the cold and completely ruined our family’s Christmas holiday
