The staff at Regnum Residence are superb! We were very impressed with their service in every way. I've read reviews which were a bit negative about the breakfast buffet, but we found it was fresh and healthy. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the towels! They are by far the softest and most cuddly towels I've ever had at a hotel! Our least favorite thing was the room temperature. The air conditioning is really more of a fan/circulation system, and the room got quite hot and stuffy during our stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent, so we would definitely stay here again!

Great Breakfast buffet - good selection - eggs, meats, rolls, pastries, kefir, even vegan choices of a nice salad and fruits, all high quality. Friendly staff, clean, pleasant. OK neighborhood, safe. Enjoyed it.

Not accurate room description
We booked this hotel because in the description in expedia said this room opens to a balcony. When we arrived they told us just some of the rooms on the cathegory paid open to a balcony. Big dissapointment. no rooms available with our request.

They run a parking racket!
NO drop-in/pick-up parking available even though there are spaces in front!!! of the entry. Nice helpfull staff, good rooms, very!!! soft beds, avarage breakfast. NOT 4☆☆☆☆ by ANY measure but good location! When leaving, it was raining frogs and I got a ticket for 10 min parking 20 m from the door! THEY MUST BE ON A DEAL WITH CITY PARKING AUTHORITY

Great Hotel
We really enjoyed this hotel. It is small and run well. Our check in went smoothly and we were given good information on the area as well as a place to eat. One thing that would improve the stay would be an on-site restaurant that offers dinner. The room was clean and spacious. My husband and I and our two children stayed in the room and we had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean. Hotel staff were extremely helpful calling cabs and providing information on the city. Breakfast was quite extensive offering something for everyone and breakfast staff is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Large room with lots of space
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and large. The location was a little far from the city center but we were able to walk easily 10-15 minutes to everywhere.

Excellent hotel with everything you need
Spectacular hotel!! Close to the metro and tram lines, including the tourist Hop-on/Off bus. Very clean and large family room with wonderful bedding. Family of 4 stayed confortably for three days and we didn't want to leave. Breakfast was another nice suprise,selection and taste were superb! Have already recommended to our friends and parents. Will obviously return and look to stay at this chain in other cities.
