Great staff! Great Hotel
Hotel is nice clean and worth the price. The staff especially the front desk are very nice, accomodating and helped make us comfortable during our stay. Kudos to all the. They were originally booked out for the night so some of my friends booked with another hotel but it sucks we weren’t together. Upon check in, the nice man in front desk remembered that and he told me another room opened up due to a cancellation so we were able to all book in the hotel. Definitely made our stay so much memorable, Thank you for going above and beyond!

Very nice hotel but...
Well located large clean room. But we were charged for an item we did not consume from the mini bar. The charge was "waived" when questioned but no explanation was given as to what we apparently took, not evidence provided and poor communication. A bit perplexed really as there was no indication of what we had eaten/ used/ drunk

Great location and affordable
Highly recommended if wanted city stay that’s walking distance to restaurants, shopping, river etc. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom sub penthouse perfect for multiple couple or families. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
