Jet-setters and foodies

Hip decor, free WiFi

The hotel's rooms are equipped with free WiFi, and offer HDTVs with free premium cable and movie channels, Nespresso® coffeemakers, and mini-fridges. The slick, mid-century modern decor is accented with luxuries like iPod® docks, pillowtop mattresses, and premium linens.

A Clean, Affordable and Pleasant Hotel on Burrard
The Burrard had a comfortable, relaxed feel about it. Great location - bus lines, restaurants, pubs... water taxi to Granville Island. They had free bikes with locks, so it was easy to catch the path to Stanley Park. Room was not real big, but large windows made it feel just right. The hotel is only three stories high, with a central garden courtyard- well maintained. Not a family-type hotel. And super affordable! Friendly staff gave us great advice. So, you bet we’ll return!

Wonderful service and excellent value.
Loved this place. Less expensive than several nearby options, but with outstanding service and comfortable clean rooms. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and really made us feel welcome. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Great Experience for an Affordable Price
Great location within walking/biking distance to many great restaurants (Red Umbrella Café, Breka Bakery <24/7>, and Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant). Very friendly staff; ability to store luggage after checkout; the hotel has bikes available for guest use.

Two Nights at the Burrard
We had a great quick stay at the Burrard. The hotel was a lot more outdated than we expected, and a little dirty looking inside of the rooms (looked nicer online!) but the staff were so nice and the beds were comfortable so it was fine for us and for a quick trip. Using the bikes they had was a HUGE plus, we biked around the Stanley Park seawall and it was beautiful. The coffee shop attached the hotel is excellent as well.

Very nice but a bit quirky
I'd definitely stay again. But the first visit, I would have liked more signage -- the heating in the room is controlled from a thermostat on the wall, but there's a large air conditioning unit that isn't marked, and I spent quite awhile trying to make it provide heat. And I was never able to contact the staff by phone, although they are very helpful when I went down to the desk.
