We stayed here twice during our trip. They remembered us the second time and returned a bottle of asprin that we had accidentally left. They pay attention to detail. The location is great as well

Would stay here again! Great hotel!
This hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short couple minutes walk and you are at the Akasaka-mitsuke train station or a short 7 minute walk and you are at the Akasaka train station. The room barely fit our three American sized luggage. We had to store it at the foot of the bed upright and bring it out to open and close. But, this is premium location and square footage is hard to come by in Tokyo. Pretty common of Japan hotel rooms. The bathtub was about 3/4 the size of an American standard tub but very deep like a furo. The amenities that came with the hotel room was in the shower, a refillable body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles. They provide you with disposable toothbrushes, hair brush, wash cloth, q-tips. razor, and house slippers. They also provide a hair dryer. Toilet is a simple Toto. No dryer on the console. The bed was very firm and we were provided with 4 pillows, they were firm, bamboo, and two soft ones. Everything was clean and they do follow the conservation plan so they will give you a card to decide if you need the bedding or towels changed daily. They offer free espresso downstairs info the lobby. In the hotel room, there is a small refrigerator and they have instant tea with a hearing put in the room. There is a desk and free Wi-Fi. There is a small restaurant in the lobby, but we didn't go to it as we ate around other areas in Tokyo.

Good Hotel in Convenient Neighborhood
The free, unlimited cups of delicious coffee/espresso from the machine at the lobby was a plus. The reception desk employees spoke English and were efficient. Great location within 3-minute walk to the subway station. The Hie Shinto Shrine nearby, where it honors the Monkey Sage, was a jewel in the busy neighborhood.

Excellent location, short walk to metro. Room size was ok for 2 with enough space to open 2 pcs of luggage. Room lights were a bit too dim, would be better if they were brighter!
