Classy downtown hotel
Great location, very central. Very nice lobby/public spaces with an excellent gym and sauna area, that we unfortunately did not get to use. The service & staff were top notch. We first checked in and were given a very nice room, but discovered that the cleaning crew had somehow missed cleaning the toilet. Gross, but $*!# happens, hah. The receptionist was SO embarrassed and apologetic, and offered us 2 different options of available rooms, so we found another that was also very nice and were happy with the response. Then overnight we got food poisoning, and felt miserable, unable to do anything we'd planned and in my husband's case barely able to stand up straight. I really appreciated that the receptionist & the manager were so helpful and caring, from giving us a late checkout so we could just stay in bed until we had to leave, and getting us some tea and plain rolls to try and eat. They were so supportive that it made all the difference, and I would absolutely stay here again or recommend it. Mistakes sometimes happen in any industry, but in my opinion it's the way things get handled that matters, and this hotel handled everything very well.

Well positioned hotel for exploring the old town part of Sarajevo. Room was a large size in an historic building with a modern, well-designed interior. Very good buffet style breakfast with a range of options. Parking: hotel sent an email explaining where to park nearby (about 75m away, off of the same road) at a price of 15 Euros per day. On departure, parking lot was going to charge 24 Euros per 24 hours; on mentioning hotel, told we needed a card from it showing dates of stay for reduced price. No problem getting this from the hotel even though we'd checked out and then no problem receiving reduced rate. Parking payment in BAM, cash only.

Probably the best location and staff in all of Bosnia. Olympic size swimming pool, huge gym, over 40 English TV channels. Refrigerators in the room, huge rooms with great views. The list just goes on. This was my second stay and I planned an extra night this time because I love this hotel. You walk out the door and your standing in the best shopping/dining area in the country. The staff are very friendly and speak English. Parking is a 1 minute walk. One of my best hotel experiences and I am a seasoned traveller

Central worked for me
Very Central (hence name). This hotel is within a minute's walk of the main tourist thoroughfares - even though it is quiet in the room. They have a GREAT pool - 35 meters long, wonderful for swimming. As well as a fitness club. Desk staff are very helpful. Breakfast is filling, tasty, and reasonably priced.
