Charming hotel in the serene Belgian country side
Very comfortable hotel with amazing service in a very picturesque location. On staff recommendation, in addition to earlier planned Bruges, we visited Sluis and Cadzand-Bad in the Netherlands (both about 30 minutes drive from hotel, and 10 minutes from each other). Breakfast had a wonderful selection of local cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, hot items, and we were even treated to freshly made delicious poffertjes (traditional tiny Dutch pancakes dusted with icing sugar). The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again in the future and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Beautiful hotel in Belgium
We arrived one night, and they were so accommodating - this hotel is stunning, set in a rural wooden area - We wish we had known of this hotel sooner - it was so relaxing - perfect for visiting Bruges or Maldegam area - very nice ☆☆☆☆☆

Smart Hotel with Country Views
Noticed some terrible reviews on Trip Advisor and nearly didn't book this. However, average rating remains really high. Reading between the lines the owner protects other guests from inconsiderate noisy groups. My guess was exactly right, the staff are marvellous the owner a lovely interesting guy. Breakfast excellent. I hope to stay again asap. Good but yes, reasonably expensive restaurant right next door.
