Very tired furniture, tiles damaged, most cupboards are locked, toilet ran, aircon leaked water onto floor, floors dirty and sand everywhere! Very disappointed. The property needs a revamp. On the positive side .. Great size apartment, nice balcony & view. Friendly staff. Short walk to beach, shops and tram. Fantastic Thai restaurant downstairs. Pool fabulous for children.
