Spacious and modern hotel
Super duper spacious with walk in wardrobe, double sink and double vanity. Also has huge common space for us . We are a family of four . It also has a free onsen facility and laundry facilities

Really enjoyed our stay at Tenza! Breakfast was delicious, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the amenities were generous. The large bath on the 9th floor was the icing on the cake!

The room is a bit small but expected for its location. Very convenient to walk around to of the many attractions. The spa is very relaxing and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Airport shuttle is available in front of the hotel and other nearby hotels to Shin Chitose at scheduled times. Overall great value !

Already want to go back!
My husband, 13-year-old son and I stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and the new year. We are beyond totally satisfied with our experience. The hotel is a bit from the station, but for us it turned out to be the perfect spot as it was right beside Odori Park. We were able to play in the snow there and then go back to the hotel to warm up in the public bath and sauna. And it had easy access to both the subway and tram system so we were able to explore both Sapporo and surrounding areas. Every day got off to a great start thanks to the delicious buffet breakfast. The room was new, clean and spacious and we spent lots of time just relaxing together there on this memorable vacation.
