Room was clean and quiet for the most part. Location is safe. Staff were not helpful or kind, “Pet Deposit” to them means a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit. You will not get the $50 back they charge for the stay even though it says it is a deposit and not a non-refundable deposit. The staff at the desk were slow, very unhelpful, and the paperwork they had me sign I could barely read because the printer only printed 2/3 of the page. We are very upset with our stay here, we will not be staying at these hotels anymore.

Arrived at the listed check-in time and we’re informed the room wasn’t ready yet so we killed a couple hours and returned only to be told the room was still not ready yet so we then did a planned activity and came in later in the evening and lo and behold it was finally ready. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked. I’m being just an overnight stop didn’t use any of the other possible amenities on site. Take note there is absolutely no breakfast offering and stale coffee if you want.
