Roaches check in and don’t check out.
If you don’t mind cockroaches in your room litter around the pool area and no towels available as well. You might like it. Front desk seems to all hate tourist and the jobs they have dealing with them at the desk. Palace my butt more like roach motel.

Really good if want to be in Khao San Rd
Right in the heart of Khao San but set back enough where no party sounds in room. Everyone was nice and the room was clean

Stay nearer the sky trains and sleep well
Room had view of other buildings very close by. Noise level very high from 8am to 2am with the street music. Good pool and part shaded sun deck but glasses and smoking allowed in both these areas. Some Staff need to remember the customer is always right and improve their general attitude
