My family and I are very pleased with the excellent service provided at the front desk by Laura Castro, Amaia, Robert, Marcello and Kapill at the restaurant and bar, we like the food and the cleanliness and service at the restaurant< we think that we can recommend to Occidental Praha five, for those who pass through the beautiful city of Prague. WHAT WE DID NOT LIKE, was the CLEANING in the rooms, ESPECIALLY IN THE BATHROOMS, IT IS POOR, NEED TO IMPROVE. Thanks to those who do that work and we understand that they probably do not have the enough time to perform their work better, so we believe that this in the HANDS OF THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION provide its employees with the ENOUGH TIME AND TOOLS NECESSARY to perform cleaning better. Excellent hotel, very nice and attentive staff! The hotel is maybe 2 minutes walking distance from one entrance to the Andel metro. Using the metro (which is very affordable and uncomplicated), you can be in the old part of town in around 10 minutes. The other entrance to the metro is farther away, but it is close to a shopping center, which also has a tesco for groceries.
