Ramada Plaza Milano, Milan
Very basic hotel which lacks any atmosphere / ambience. The area was so rundown we stayed out all day as couldn't face going back ! First holiday ever we haven't felt like going back to our hotel to relax. The dining room is truly awful: music blaring; dishes clattering ; people on their mobiles having conversations ; people with suitcases ; people on laptops. Worst of all it is set out like a school dining room so you are forced to sit beside others. Would never go back to a Ramada. With 4 stars we were expecting something like a Crowne Plaza; more like a holiday inn express .

It was a really good hotel with great service the only thing is that it's located in a residential area so you don't have a view of a city but would go back again. Staff was helpful

Very Good8.0
We picked this hotel because we had a car and needed parking. The hotel was very nice, but not in the best neighborhood. A long uber ride into the city. Again, this was for us to be able to park a car. Very nice hotel--although I could not get ice. I had a knee injury and needed ice to use at night--you could only get by the glass and at the bar--1 glass.
