Not ADA friendly.
I ended up not staying. I traveled with my service dog (not emotional support), as he’s legit trained to mitigate my disability. They wanted to charge me a per fee. I tried explaining to him they can’t do that as it’s against the ADA. He didn’t listen. I had an officer come out to try and explain the law. He still didn’t listen. I’ll be filing a civil suit.

The photos do not adequately portray this property. Think a 1950s motel. Pluses,: clean and appeared to be freshly painted. Heater in our room worked great, as did the WiFi. Clerk upgraded us to a King at no charge and the room rate was a bargain for the area. Minuses: biggest one size of our room. Think a college dorm room size and no closet. I was hard to find space for 2 suitcases. These were probably considered to be adequate for travellers from the 1950s. So, it you're OK with the trade off of cost for space, this will work. It also appears that the current owners have renovated this property. You just can't fix the room size. Finally: travelling during the Covid crisis is very stressful. We did it b/c we had to get home. Please view our comments within that context.

you’re comfort doesn’t mean much.
I asked for new blankets and a Pillow because my old dog had an accident on the bed. I didn’t mention my dog having an accident but when I asked for the blanket and pillow (yes it was late) the women at the front desk came out of her room said “NO” and went back in her room and shut the door..they didn’t accommodate for us in any way or even try to. Basically my husband and I shared a pillow and a sheet for the night, it was miserable and frustrating for us both.

Wasn't overly clean, but comfortable. Took awhile for the room to warm up, but slept well.

My stay was indeed relaxing and the concerns of the staff only mildly overtaxing.

My daughter was traveling through the area when her car broke down. We had to book a room at an Ashland Oregon motel that was pet friendly without any researching any reviews. That would be the Relax Inn. Not knowing when or if the car would be repaired quickly, I booked the room for three nights. It was the worst and smallest motel room I have ever seen. There was an ant infestation in the room and the front desk spoke absolutely NO English. Neither were they inclined to provide any assistance. My daughter could not leave as she had no transportation once the tow truck driver left. I arrived in Ashland on the morning of the third day, and packed her out of that sh** hole of a motel. The front desk refused to credit us for the third night and declined to even print a receipt for the paid bill. I would not recommend this motel for anything except demolition.

Noisy, stuffy, smoky... I was disappointed... advertise a pool, which is filled in with gravel.
