Iberostar Founty Beach, Agadir
Worst stay in our Morocco Holiday
One of the worst hotel experiences ever and certainly the worst in Morocco. I have stayed at other inclusive hotels such as the Riu system and never had any issues. On arrival there was a long line at the reception desk which was poorly managed and a "free for all" instead of first come first served. The staff were not versed on customer service and seemed overwhelmed and bordered on rude. We were told we were being charged 80 Euros more a night as our reservation was incorrect and if we wanted to try to amend it with we could do it through the internet "but the wifi is down" but they have community computers available:1 of 2 didn't work and the 1 working one shut down every 5 minutes and could not complete a change. It took us over an hour an half to check in and when we finally did we got to the room and they had not given us a room key, towel vouchers, nor the wrist bands to get food/drinks and had to return to the desk multiple times that night. At this point pool is closed, restaurants are nearly closing and we were only staying for one night. One additional comment would be opt for a no "save pool chair approach". This is ridiculous. When you get to the pool there are hundreds of unused chairs but you can't use any of them as they are saved with towels. The food and drinks are also subpar for the price and the worst we ate in Morocco. I would never stay here, nor give any future business to Iberostar and we travel regularly.

Couples stay away! You will get kicked out.
Wouldn't go back again due to one extremely rude manager (or whatever he was). When me and my girlfriend checked in to the hotel, there wasn't any problems at all. However after returning from dinner, our room door was blocked and we couldn't enter. Then I went to the reception to find out why and they told me that we wasn't allowed to stay in the hotel as an unmarried couple, so they had cancelled our room. Initially they apologized for the inconvenience and promised we would get refunded, but in the middle of our talk a manager came screaming out from the back office, yelling no refund would be given and we had 5 minutes to leave the hotel before he would call the police upon us. He hadn't been a part of the conversation at all, he didn't introduce himself, just came running like a mad man. He then had a security guard to escort us to the room so we could gather our stuff. On our way out from the lobby, we was detained by 2 security guards and was blackmailed into paying another €30 for my girlfriends 'all inclusive package' as they wouldn't accept her to be part of our initial two person booking - and again we was threatened with calling the police. Finally after paying the blackmail, on the way out, he called us names and my girlfriend a dirty b*tch in Arabic - i was shocked to say the least. To be fair, every other staff in the hotel has been more than professional and friendly, just this one absurd crazy guy ruined everything.

Family easter break 2017
Hotel amenities and food is good with plenty of choices fresh food prepared daily.Private beach, hotel pools indoor (12-2pm for families only)and outdoor pool nice.Beach is very clean, swimming in sea lovely with perfect waves for surfing.Decor is 90s to early 2000s so 4 stars according to that era.Wifi is brilliant works everywhere even on the private beach.Animation team good fun.Small negative is twin beds only and alittle uncomfortable to sleep on (hard), summer time watch out for mosquitos as been biten during stay there even in April as weather reached 34c.Staff work very hard to maintain cleanliness and customer service so understandable why they may not always be smiling,be considerate and tip them generously as morrocan income is low, especially chamber maids and porter staff. Overall very satisfied, cannot really fault anything.

Never go there if you want to enjoy your holidays
Rude staff (especially the manager), queues to do anything, dirty rooms, full of bugs and poor food. Beds were stained and sticky. They force you to wear uncomfortable wristbands during your stay. I stayed in hostels that were better standard than this and 1/10th of the price. Extremely disappointed.
