Loved our experience
Located near Angel of independance, reforma street and historic center. Amazing customer service: they helped us book a tour to pick us up at the hotel and drop us off to basilica, Teotihuacán pyramids. Front desk recommended us great restarurants at walking distance and on reforma street: 3 mariachis, casa de Los abuelos, califas, cantina no 20,etc. Metro station @ insurgentes is 2 blocks away. Capital bus hop on hop off picks you up a few blocks away by the angel: takes you to Polanco, zócalo, palacio bellas artes, Madero street, Latin America tower, chapultepeque park, many museums and aquarium, etc. Breakfast is until noon: seasonal fruit, yogurt, granola, hams, cheeses, pastries, breads, pancakes teas, coffee all day. And hot breakfast varies daily. Downside at night it’s full of bars and discos- you can hear the loud music in our room all Night, but it didn’t bother us. And there are many gay/lesbian bars at night. During the day it’s full of offices and business men. A lot of European staying at the hotel. Would highly recommend it. Spacious, clean , great customer service!! Will stay here again.

My friend and I booked a room at your hotel (Room Mate Valentina) on We chose your hotel for its location, pricing and rating. This decision resulted in perhaps our worst hotel experience ever. The hotel is, as pictured, well-appointed and centrally located. The room, as well, was up tp standards. However, the air conditioning was not functioning at all in our room. We reported this to the main reception and were show 2 other rooms, each of which had no air-conditioning. The front desk assured us that a repairman would come the next day. Needless to say, no repairman arrived and the situation was not resolved. This hotel is located on a busy street with many clubs. We had to open the windows during the morning to get fresh air, which helped a bit with the heat. But at night, the clubs play extremely loud music until 4 AM. With the windows closed, you don’t hear the music. But with no air conditioning, we had to choose between an uncomfortably hot room or no sleep due to loud, raucous music and revelers. This completely ruined our stay. To make matters worse, upon departure, we spoke with the same desk agent. He apologized, said he had received other complaints, and informed us that the repairman had, in fact, come. He went on to say that the manager had decided that the repair was too expensive and would have to wait. In other words, the management of this hotel, which is supposed to provide a comfortable room, decided guests should suffer. DON'T GO

Hotel in zona rosa
There was construction just across from the hotel so the lobby and front area was dusty. Not the hotels fault but the carpet in my room was old and also dusty. The room in general did not have a clean feeling to it. From my experience and price I cannot recomend this hotel.

Overall a nice hotel...
The hotel is pretty, clean and close to everything, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the shower only had hot water in the morning, and lukewarm water through the rest of the day, also It was kinda chilly at night and the room heater never worked properly.
