Great hotel with an alcoholic neighbour
It is a very clean hotel with excellent staff service and great location. But one of the neighbors is an alcoholic that whistles, shout and sing profanities at 1am and doesn't let you sleep until 2:30 am. Hope that's a one time incident and I was just unlucky.

Very Bad - Stay Away!
Very bad staff at the counter. When I arrived, I realized that I had left my ATM card in the machine at the airport. I asked the receptionist if she could call the airport for me... Long story short, she did not try very hard to get the security to look for my card... telling me that "in Mexico, you lose something you never get it back...". She tells me that they won't look for the card and I should call my bank. When I reached for the phone to talk to the security guard I realized she had BEEN TALKING TO NOBODY. I called the airport back, and thankfully they went to look for my card and FOUND IT. Add to the fact that I booked a King bed in a suite, but was given a normal room. The breakfast is very very bad as well. Thankfully there are taco stands across the street. Bad Wi-Fi. I was told that I would get a king bed as soon as one frees up -- but now I am told that there will not be a King bed. Overall, I was ripped off. For the price of this room, I could have gotten a REAL suite, or a hotel room with a kitchenette inside of it. This is just a normal hotel room - no couch, no office chairs - nothing.

Executive Room is the way to go
Hotel Sybharis stay was a very pleasant experience. We had booked two rooms, and one of them was a suite. As soon as we arrived we were asked by "Reservations Lady" (Not the Receptionist, but the lady in charge of managing reservations) if we wanted to take the Executive floor (10th floor). The rooms are fully renovated with new flat screen TV, new beds, and new bathroom facilities. Very comfortable stay. The only downside of the room is that it does not have a mini-bar and the location of hotel is both very good and bad. Good because of the dining options, shopping (weekend market), walking distance to many attractions, but it is bad because of the "working girls" that hang around that area at night. Overall it was an excellent stay and I will definitely book with them again.

good hotel
Room was clean and we had all the necessary things. My only complain was that we arrived way past our check-in time yet we literally had to wait about an hour to get our room (something about cashier issues) but the wait was too long. staff was friendly and place was very convenient.
