The property is centrally located (15 minutes from airport, 8 minutes from Georgetown and about 40 minutes to either end of the island). It is a 3 star hotel. We stayed at a Hillside studio. The room was renovated. It had a mini kitchen area with full fridge and microwave and fast wifi. The water pressure was very low but I am assuming it is an issue with the entire island. Overall a great value.

We had a positive experience until the last evening. The hotel had two quests move into the room next to us and it was an all night event of yelling, screaming and violence. We didn't sleep at all, someone eventually called the police and they arrived after 4 AM. I understand it was two prostitutes using the room for business purposes. When I reached out to the hotel they assured me they would get back to me and after repeated emails I eventually gave up

The staff at the resort was extremely nice and helpful. The “Splash” Restaurant was NOT. They were rude, very slow and were out of most items on the menu. The hours of operations were unreasonable, considering we had a party of 21 and they closed at 9pm. On Friday night they closed at 8pm due to “an island party they had to go to”. The island itself I would go back to but not the resort. Our Taxi driver “Doug” was amazing and took us places that we would not have known about otherwise. We all give Doug a 10 for his hospitality and professionalism.
