We stayed for 2 nights - The location is excellent, the staff were friendly & the room pleasant, but on both days we had problems with our room key not working, we couldn't open the blind on our window on the 1st morning because it got stuck & there's absolutely no sound-proofing. The couple in the room nextdoor were arguing & we could hear every word!

The hotel was in a great location right downtown. Thus it was short walks to all the downtown places to go. Also the secure parking was close by. We really liked the help your self wine fridge on the first floor just to the leaf of the stairs.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner did not work at all so we had to sleep with windows open but it was still very hot. The shower is also a jetted tub and it was challenging to get in and out. Not very safe for older or less mobile guests. Otherwise the location is excellent.
