About Hotel Viator Paris - Gare de Lyon, Paris

Old-world charm and free WiFi in the 12th arrondissement

South of Bastille

A 5-minute walk from Austerlitz Bridge, Hotel Viator Paris - Gare de Lyon is in the city's 12th arrondissement on the Right Bank of the Seine. It's a 10-minute walk south of Bastille, and a block from important overground train lines at Gare de Lyon, where you can also hop on the metro.

The garden of Paris

If you head across the bridge you'll arrive at Jardin des Plantes, a botanical garden founded in the 17th century that features specialized buildings and a maze. Or you can visit Bercy Village, a reclaimed part of the city that has been turned into a traditional French village.

A continental breakfast

The hotel retains a touch of 19th-century Parisian charm throughout, including the elegant dining room where the continental breakfast buffet is served each morning. During the day, you can unwind in the lobby with free newspapers, or get things done at the business center.

Free WiFi, flat-screen TV

All 45 smoke-free guestrooms feature free WiFi to help you stay in touch while traveling, and corner rooms offer excellent city views. Flat-screen TVs with premium channels are standard, and each room also has a modern bathroom with hair dryer.

Well located, clean and quiet hotel, nice breakfas
Well run venue, good location near Gare de Lyon, metro and bus lines. Very quiet. Good breakfast for 10 Euros. Rooms are a bit pricey, especially with a limited comfort: so-so showers, no lotion and no Kleenex.

Pretty from the Outside
When i arrived the attendant at the desk told me they had no rooms. though i saw rooms available on He then told me to book it through in order to get a room. When is it that the person working the desk can't book a room. Also the rooms a very dark.
