An Okay Stay
It was fine. The room itself was wonderful and comfortable. I was bummed that there was not a breakfast included. Didn't realize that until check in. The drive up to the lobby was awkward in the parking lot. Not the usual drive through like most hotels. We drove round and round thinking surely this is not the main entrance. The front desk took my card for incidentals which I'm totally used to, but did not say they were charging 50 dollars right then to my debit. Then I didn't get it cleared back until a week later- never has happened to me before. I called them and they said it was a bank issue, not theirs. They were very polite, it was just a few strange things with their policies. The lobby and halls were a bit outdated, but the room and beds were right on, clean and comfortable. I guess that's what matters the most.

Nice staff, tucked away hotel close to the hospitals (but you won’t hear a loud freeway or an ambulance like the other surrounding hotels). No free breakfast, but there’s a little shop with snacks and other items inside for a cost. Free coffee! My only complaint is that some of the shower heads are either clogged or have a hard or strange water pressure. So if all of those could get updated then this place could be 4-5 stars!
