Brilliant value for money
Very good experience, staying before an interview so needed a good sleep. Room was more pleasent than expected and pictures dont do it justice! Rooms very quiet which wasn’t expected as on main road and no noise from pub. Overall fantastic value for money and room, definitely stay again.

Sleepless night
Pub...great. Staff...great. Room...great (you know what you’ll get). Sleep... near on impossible. Do not stay in room 5. It has an adjoining door to room4, with gaps...every sound can be heard. Ended up banging at the door at 1 am to tell him to turn the tv off. Neither one of us should have to do that in a hotel...

Clean and quite comfortable, breakfast was good.
Clare and Peter were very friendly and took care of us during our stay. We had the wardrobe door knob loose and kept coming off which was a little embarrassing and one or two of the light bulbs needed replacing. The linen and towels were very nice and clean and the heated towel rail was a god send. As we are quite old (77 and 85) we would have liked a handle to help us out of the bath after showering as it was very slippery.

Beware
Room and bathroom needed a good deep clean, especially the toilet which had obviously been left untouched from previous client, poor. Only serve breakfast from 7.30 am, no flexibility for an early continental in any way. The traffic in the area means that you have to leave before 7.30 am to get to local offices by 8.15 am, so no breakfast that day. Very noisy up to 11 pm in the rooms because of the pub. I wouldn't stay here again.....
