The staff couldn’t have been better! Every single staff member we encountered was helpful, kind, and charismatic. The staff, cleanliness and building set this hotel apart from the rest! Not a single complaint here!

Disappointed for the money...
There were a lot of noisy people. I know a hotel can't control everyone but the walls were so thin that we could hear everything. Breakfast was horrendous. We got downstairs at 9 and there was nothing left and we were told there was nothing to replenish with either. They finally brought out some potatoes that were so salty they were inedible and eggs that looked like they had been cooked the day before. I would rather spend 60 dollars less and stay at a cheaper property down the road and get my own breakfast and some quiet time. Not to mention the additional 50 dollar deposit for incidentals that may take up to 5 days to release. I asked to be signed up for the rewards program when I checked in. I don't even think the clerk put me in the system for that.
