Worst Customer Service
Worst Hotel Experience Ever!! I drove 12 hours and just needed a place to lay my head down for a few hours. I had made a reservation...paid for it 100% up front. When I arrived at 2:30 am no one was at the front desk to help me with my reservation. I then proceeded to call the hotel several times while I was standing in their lobby and no one was answering the phone. I always walked around trying to get someone's attention and no one was there. I proceeded to contact the booking agent who then attempted to contact the hotel with no response. After approximately 15 minutes of getting no help I left. The booking agent was attempting to help me with a new reservation. At 3:24am I received a phone call from the booking agent that they were able to get a hold of someone at the hotel. Almost an HOUR after I was there. At that time I had already checked into another hotel because I just needed sleep! After my event I attempted to contact the hotel for a refund and explain the situation to which the refund was denied saying that they have 24 hour check in time. They may state they have 24 hour check in, but NO ONE was there to check me in when I was there. Worst customer service!!!! I will NEVER recommend this hotel. However the Days Inn up the street was more than accommodating!!!!

Bed was very uncomfortable woke up with back aches. Couch had tears and stains on it. The shower had long black hairs stuck to the shower wall like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Breakfast that was included with the room was self serve but was amazingly delicious. Choice of pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuit gravy. Juice, cereal, breakfast rolls and bagels all good. Coffee on 24 hours in the lobby.
