Check in was a bit awkward, we had pre-arranged a later check in due to travel and the lady seemed somewhat confused when I arrived and lacking in customer service. The room had somebody else’s hair stuck on the bathroom mirror, yuck. And the carpet had receded at the door from the tiles leaving a sharp edge (room 1). It was also quite noisey in the mornings with cleaning staff at the back of the property talking next to loudly.

I found the room very dark also having the shower over the bath was wierd. I would of liked to have more than 2 tea bags per day in room and our milk was left on chair not put in fridge which was a strange thing to do. Staff was lovely and friendly just sad the room was so dark and bathroom shower difficult.
