Good location
The hotel has a great location, close to shopping, entertainment and the beach. The rooms are large with kitchens and dining tables. The beds are comfortable & the rooms are quiet, the bathrooms have a jacuzzi. Unfortunately upon our arrival, we were informed the elevator was out of service for two weeks and we would have to walk up the stairs to our rooms (luckily one flight) and 5 flights up to the roof top pool and restaurant for breakfast each day. No discount or consideration was offered - only sorry, and when we asked for one hour late check-out, the manager had a poor attitude and begrudgingly granted our request when reminded about the elevator being out of service for our entire stay !!!
