I did not like that it took so long for the door to open at night. Back door was not working and front desk clerk had no solution. Also, I asked for a receipt the clerk said she could not provide one because I paid online. That didn't make sense that she could not give me anything.

I booked this for my wife and daughter. The place was full of people smoking and unsavory characters throughout. My wife and child felt so bad that they left and booked another hotel. So bad that I reached out to the corporate office. Do not waste your money on this place.

Double charged
The hotel and staff were nice. However beware they don't make it known that they will double charge your card and won't release the pre-authorization funds until 10 days later. This particular location is the first I've ever stayed at and had this problem. We won't be staying there again.

Nice place
Really like the area. Only probably we had one burner that worked on our stove. I told front desk. Never got call to have it fixed. Other than that nice place to stay. Besides water leak that had water shut off for 4-5 hrs, but that happens. Just sucks when your I. Your room for that long.

Best staff you can imagine
The hotel is ok sits right on a major road and is some what dated. Merry Christmas excellent location to shopping and JBLM. The staff was incredible!! Best staff I’ve s en in years they made the stay enjoyable
