Good
It was very nice. The amenities could have been better. If you are from the USA, please note that the owner does not live on the premises, so make sure you call and let her know around what time you are due in. The owner is very helpful, and very nice.

Not what an American views as a B&B
Not what any American would consider a B&B. No staff on site. Met owner to get keys, otherwise no one there. Separate but "private" bathroom a very strange setup. Towels were basically large white sheets of sandpaper. Noise all night long -- trash/recycling (glass bottles) noise at midnight and 2am. More like a cheap hostel like environment than a B&B/Hotel. We booked based on needing a night near the trainstation for an early morning departure. Good for this reason and cheap, lacking in basically everything else.

A little moer money gets a lot more
I admittedly cried when I first got to this hotel because I really just wanted to nap and shower and the room wasn't ready (despite arranging check in time prior to arrival.) While my parents chatted with the owner getting info, I was looking up other places to stay - a little more per night gets you in the heart of town and in nicer places. This is a three bedroom apartment with each room being rented out. Our bath, though "private" was across a public hall. The shower had a full length window and made condensation on the toilet that would drip on you and your toiletries. The wifi worked great and even though far away from city center (20 min subway ride), the neighborhood was nice with an amazing gelatto place on the ground floor. The "hotel" is also CASH ONLY. That detail felt hidden and caught me off guard. It was nice to have a kitchen area with a fridge but it was public so everyone shared what was left in there.

Simple, close to Metro, BnB
Giulia was fantastic and very helpful! She helped orient us to the Metro as well as the city of Rome. Keep in mind that this is a BnB that basically lets you fend for yourself; however, because of her helpfulness as well as comfort of the stay.... we were very pleased.
