    Well Needed
    Had just arrived in Phuket Airport at 2AM and was very exhausted from the entire travel - especially after a 15 hour layover in China. Arrived and service was very quick and genial. Although we arrived late at night we still received stellar customer service. Hotel room itself was pleasant - very clean - shower was hot and well needed. Bed was roomy and comfortable. Easy to fall asleep on. A perfect nearby place to relax after long flights. The following morning: Pool area was amazing - very aesthetically pleasing and literally right next to the beach. Restaurant nearby as well as a small mart for snacks. Only booked the night but wish we could've stayed longer! A decent resort for the price! Recommended if you tour the area!

    The room smelled like decaying animals. I got sick from the food at the Italian restaurant. It was not a good stay except for the water park, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

    The resort is big and beautiful. All the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with variety of food. The beds was comfortable. It's perfect if some facilities could be fixed like the sockets and toilet but it did not affect our use indeed. The resort is only one step to the Mai Khao beach and we enjoyed the nice sunset there. My kid loved the water park which is next to the resort.

    Dont go to this hotel!!!
    I booked a luxury suite for 3 persons but got a room with only a king bed. Asked for a foldable bed but they want additional 1000 baht for every night. After telling them i payed for 3 person they accepted to give us a set of bed cover and a pillow!!! I called the reception 7 times before they sent it to our room. Im not surprised and i will tell you why: 1. You have to stand in line 30 min to get into the breakfast. 2. Everything is out at the breakfast, for example the orange juice, the eggs etc. Forget the fried egg or the omelet, one person cater for thousands of customers, its a joke. Will take you 45 minutes to get an omelet (if you are lucky). 3. We waited 1h before being able to check in. 2 persons tried to check in maybe 20 different groups of people, its extremely under staffed. Its really bad, i dont recommend anyone to visit this hotel. 4. They say there is a transport passing by your room on a schedule, well its not, prepare to walk to breakfast, lobby, water park etc, and the area is huge. 5. The language skills of the staff are extremely bad. Im a member of most 5 star loyalty programs and i have never been to a hotel that hotels.com rate a 4 or a 5 where nobody understand english. There are some russians in the staff, you need to approach them, they speak excellent english, the rest...no. 6. There is nothing near so accept all or move, no city etc, except the airport and airplanes starting and waking you up every 15-20 minutes. Sincerely DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!
